John,

Small tail.
Trim - Electrically controlled tab. (large)
Airspeed - 100KIAS
Running out of elevator?  Not sure.  I'm going to photo chase him next week
and we'll see.
CG at the time -  Same problem with both forward and aft limit cgs.  He's
weighed the airplane twice.  Once he did it and once paid a professional --
both results identical.

I'm sure his experience isn't normal.  He went to Redmond to fly the factory
model so he'd have something to compare it with.

We thought of the incidence, but it "looks" ok.  Pretty hard to measure
accurately with the vertical in place.  Got any way of doing that?

We made templates for BL50 and near the wingtip to check camber.  His
compares well with 3 other Lancairs at Mojave.  We measured every
conceivable thing we could think of and they all compare very closely.

Next Saturday, we'll tuft the wing and tail and get some videos to see if we
can spot any anomalies.  It has to be something obvious, but we've just
about run out of ideas....
