I have an ES and did not cut the post down with the infinity grip. They seem
to work ok, but do seem a bit long when doing a steep turn - however the
extra moment arm is nice when they are long.

I was curious if any ES, or IVP builders found the need to shorten the
control posts when using an Infinity grip?  Due to the many wires and
switches, and required aluminum bushing, you can’t slip the grip all the way
down over the control post.  Is it ok to cut it down?  If so, how much do I
 cut?
