 Structurally complete Lancair IV-P kit.
 
 This airframe was started several years ago and is NOT a fastbuild airframe.
 It has passed through several hands but my initial eyeball evaluation says'
that it seems to look good.  The wings are closed, the tail is on and also the
control surfaces, it has been painted white but has suffered from some very
minor hanger rash that only amounts to scratches and such.
 
 Before it landed in my hands for brokering it was in California for a turbine
installation but that was never completed.  The firewall has a carbon insert
installed for the turbine but the back side was never completed.  The cowlings
are with the aircraft.  In fact it appears as though all of the normal kit
items are with the airframe with the exception of the outflow valve.
 
 There is NO engine or instrument panel what-so-ever with the airframe.
 
 The hydraulic lines need to be rebuilt.  The original ones are currently
resting in the baggage area and are not worth saving.  Why they were taken out
I have no idea.  This is an excellent airframe for someone to get started with
though it does need a little TLC to clean it up.
 
First $95,000.00 takes it.  Thats far cheaper than buying a kit and the
airframe construction part is 99% done.
 
 Do not call or email if you are not truly interested, I have little time for
tire kickers.  I will conduct a pre-buy inspection for interested parties
only, of course you may bring in your own inspector if you wish.  Cost of
pre-buy inspection is $750.00
