The outboard bolt is wired to a tab connected to the spar with the MS24694-S103 machine screws. The inboard bolt is wired to a tab glassed to the spar web. Just a note to the Lancair owners who do not have the builders manual. GET ONE. I will answer a lot of questions if you did not build the plane.
