The G engine is , as mentioned, rated at 2500 RPM, the most visible
difference is the cylinders.
The G cylinder fins are full diameter from head to base, the N fins
taper, full dia at head smaller at base.
Some of the very early N engines, such as the one we received in the
mid 90's for the Columbia, had a slightly different oil cooler.
