 I seem to remember reading in a magazine article a couple of years ago
 that experimentals are not allowed to participate in Land And Hold
 Short Operations (LAHSO).  Could one of the Air Traffic Controllers on
 the list check this out?...or I could mistaken, I usually can't
 remember one day to the next anyway. :)
