I second that sentiment-- here is my list.
John LeStelle-- Lancair maintenenace guru and all around great guy. TWICE I have been stranded while at the Lancair flyin in (maybe my plane just wants to stay in Bend) and John has come out on his day off to help me get the problem fixed and get me on my way. Vern Pifer-- what else can one say that hasn't been said here before.
Greg Thomen-- Grand Rapids Tech.; Robert Durall -- Chelton; the folks at Xbow; Rob Logan and Kirk Hammersmith at D2 Avionics-- in dealing with any new cutting edge product there are bound to be "issues". All these folks will drop whatever they are doing to get you an answer. GREAT SUPPORT for a great product.
Jim Griifin for a great interior. The guy is a real artist. My interior is a 10+ and I would recommend him to anyone. See above website for photos.
Tom Conners for paint. What can I say? I was number 40 in Tom's list of LIV's painted. The comments I recived at Sun N Fun really should be directed to Tom and Jim. One lady at Sun N Fun wanted to know how she could get her Columbia painted to match my airplane. Maybe the certified guys should check him out.
I am sure I missed many people who really go above and beyond-- I apologize if I haven't recognized you publicly here.
