I have heard that bumping up speedbrakes will dissipate a static charge. Don't know if true, but have heard it from more thatn one source. Obviously on a carbon fiber airframe it would have to be well grounded.

Sorry, can't comment on any particular brand of static wicks. My impression is that a lot of sharply pointed ends help with static discharge. That said, I was just at an air expo where I saw a couple of planes with static wicks made of just a piece of multistrand wire, maybe 12 ga, with the aft 3/8" stripped. Would they work? Dunno, but you'd maybe risk a quarter to find out.
