Set the low side pressure to the 7-9 psi, then the high side at full throttle to 45-46 gph. Recheck the low side to assure it has not gone outside of parameter and your done. It's very difficult to do a full throttle run up so I elected to make an adjustment and then a high speed taxi to define the fuel flow at takeoff power. It only took two iterations to get it real close.
