Can't vouch for the effectiveness of Naptha in removing silicone, but the
easiest source is any local store that sells Ronsonol lighter fuel. Pretty
much pure Naptha. It also states on the label that it's "also excellent fo
removing grease, oil stains, tar & labels".

Many, many years ago, I worked for a company that built and installed some
equipment in Ronsonol's Woodbridge, NJ plant. At the time I learned that
they try to package quite pure naptha for lighters and hand warmers because
contaminants will screw them up fairly quickly.
