Pretty much pure Naptha. It also states on the label that it's "also excellent fo removing grease, oil stains, tar & labels". Many, many years ago, I worked for a company that built and installed some equipment in Ronsonol's Woodbridge, NJ plant. At the time I learned that they try to package quite pure naptha for lighters and hand warmers because contaminants will screw them up fairly quickly. Dan Schaefer
