Does anyone have a picture of what a diffuser should look like and approximately where it should go?
I have a plennum on my 235/320 and would like to see how other have done theirs.

Also, I am nearly ready to prime my ailerons.
Should the back 5/16"edge of the aileron be finished flat or rounded off?

One other item. I have spent considerable time thinking about how to transition
with a flexible connection from the plennum openings to the openenings on the lower cowl.
For the guys with round holes and ducts it is an easy problem to solve. My openings are
rounded rectangles like the openings on the 235 cowl. I recently rented the new DiamondStar DA 40. (4 place Katana)
They have used a very cool neoprene seal on their set up. It is a neoprene seal that appears to fit on the
forward edge of their cowl and has a flange that goes back toward the engine.
This material could be used for any shape duct and is very soft and flexible.
It essentially connects to hard ducts together leaving a flexible joint.
I am trying to locate a source for the part or possibly a mfg.
If anyone knows where this material can be obtained please let me know.
I will continue to research it and post pictures if possible.

Thanks!
