I've placed three orders over the last month or two and all were promptly and accurately shipped. I think that in online purchasing, confidence that you've ordered the right thing and that it is being dealt with promptly are absolutely critical. Pictures help inspire confidence in what you're ordering. I'd keep those coming. I would consider email responses when the order is received and shipped. If the product is out of stock, let the customer know via email as well. Most of the bigger online outfits do these things so the customer knows his order hasn't gotten lost in the ether. If the customer feels that way, he/she will go to Spruce or some specialty outfit. One issue I've noticed is that under My Account, I can't see my past invoices. My past orders are there, but not the invoices. If the online store is prompt, accurate, and keeps the customer informed, and if prices are in the ballpark, the orders will come. My $.02. Great work, Dan
