Just another quick thing to try. When checking the gear on the the ground see how hard it is to pull open the nose gear door. That might help identify where to look. You might check the inner door force also.
My gear does a little dance on retraction. The all come off the overcenter first. Then the right main and partial inner door, then left main and right inner door back open and patial left inner, then the nose gear and partial nose gear door. Finally both left and right inner doors dance up together and then the nose gear and pump shutdown. It all has to do with flows and sring force. In the end the pressure should be the same on all the cylinders. Without flow there is no pressure drop.
