I think that makes it difficult to ship during the warmer weather months. It also makes it difficult to store in a hot space like a garage. BTW - MC is the primary chemical used to decaffeinate coffee in the non Swiss Water method. Apparently it's OK to eat it as long as you don't inhale it too much.
