Redbird (RBD) is now Dallas Executive. Still a good place to stop. I was in there a couple of weeks ago and it was nice. One suggestion, Go in IFR and come out VFR. I made the mistake of filling IFR both in and out. I sat for over 20 minutes at the end of the runway waiting for clearence. Then they vectored me all over the place.
