Hello everybody,
for the reasons exposed in recent mails on
this site,I want to install an auto pilot in my Lancair 320.In altitude you
cannot leave the stick to unfold a map or to read a document. For those who said
auto pilot is for dummies,I am a former fighter pilot (15 years) and retired
airline pilot (27 years,Captain on DC8,DC 1O,B-747)
I have seen on LML several L 320 owners are
satisfied to get a TruTrak Digiflight II in their plane,so I would like to put
one in my aircraft.
Those of you who have installed such a device in L
320 with hydraulics main gear doors (hydraulics cylinders under the seats)can
you explain me where and how you put it in your plane.If you can send drawings
or photos,or both,it would be very nice.
