while approach plates in vector PDF form let you zoom, 3Gig of them
is kinda big for the small computers that go in the airplane.

the scanned plates did a better job of anti aliasing the text,
but the PFD files have smooth colors with no dither patterns..
while I need to work on a better font and approach mins, 280Meg of
640x960 gif files is a more reasonable size for a tiny computer that
gets kicked around the cabin.

so with no leading K, take the first two letters of the apt indent and
put them at the end of the old URL... so KSJC is S/J or found in
http://rob.com/airports/S/J/
