Mark,
I discovered my torque tubes don't align properly (or just plain
aren't straight) after installing the outboard bushings. This winter, when
building slows down due to the weather, I'll see if shimming the tubes can
get them straight, but I anticipate rebuilding this part from
scratch.

Subject: [LML] Flaps - Outback 360
Question - Is there some criteria measurement on the resistance of flaps
to movement? I have had severe resistance to movement of my Outback flaps
since construction. Initially, it took over 40 lbs. of force (hand push) to
start movement. With various adjusting, tweaking, trimming, cursing and
praying, resistance has dropped to 10 lbs. It is understood that air
loads (if that ever happens!!!!!) will generate resistance to the actuator,
but is the addition of the 10 lbs. in static mode too much?
