Does anyone know where I can get a converter that takes a 5v pwm signal and converts it to 0-5v output.  The purpose is to convert the output signal from my Electronics Int'l. capacitive fuel probes to a signal that my BMA EFIS can understand.  I figure there ought to be a simple circuit somewhere that will do this, but I haven't been able to find it.  I feel confident that I could assemble such a device, but its beyond me to design such a circuit from scratch.
