Question - Is there some criteria measurement on the resistance of flaps to movement? I have had severe resistance to movement of my Outback flaps since construction. Initially, it took over 40 lbs. of force (hand push) to start movement. With various adjusting, tweaking, trimming, cursing and praying, resistance has dropped to 10 lbs. It is understood that air loads (if that ever happens!!!!!) will generate resistance to the actuator, but is the addition of the 10 lbs. in static mode too much?
