What ever type you choose, I found that wire "ear piece" or frame is
better because it allows less noise to enter the ear cups on my
headphones.
When experimenting with Lightspeed twenty 3G's I found that the thicker
sunglass frames left a small gap that actually made a slight difference
that I could hear.
