From my understanding of the "typical" Ford charging system, it should be between 14.8v - 15.2v. To verify this, you can have it bench checked, or put a voltmeter on the "B" terminal with the engine running. This will show you the charging voltage at that moment (based on charge state of the battery), not max voltage. A bench check would be best. There are external regulators that are adjustable, but I don't know which ones. A little research would help here.
