Pat,
Why don't you put your battery in the tail? That will remove mass from
forward of the CG and add it aft. Yes, you will need some 2 Ga wire, but
that's not such a big deal (Get welding cable).

An increase in gross weight will be required to offset
the 30 lb of shot in the tail to fix the already far
forward CG. I'm assuming the TS part of the TSIO550
adds more weight in the nose.
