Last week I was in Dallas for the annual Hobby Industry Assoc (HIA).
The booth next to us carried LYCRAÒ
gloves. They look like Doctor
gloves but are ten times stronger, but still very thin, you can pick
up a dime wearing them. These gloves would seem to be perfect for working with
epoxy. Your hands hardly sweat and are very comfortable in these
gloves. One thing they showed was that super glue would not stick to these
gloves. The gloves are washable in the washing machine and can be put into
the dryer. They are very tuff and do not break at the least
snag. They gave me a couple of pair to try and I am very
impressed. The sales person working the booth was Tom and he is a
great guy. If you are interested their web site has all the technical
information and I have listed Tom's contact information if you have any
questions. You can also contact me off line if you have any questions for
me. I would appreciate feedback if anyone tries them. I do not have
any association with the company at this point, but may try to rep for them if I
determine there is enough interest.
