I have a device on the number one exhaust pipe to collect air from the inlet and port it to the cabin and carb heat. It has one small diameter input; a larger input on the opposite side; and, another larger input on the opposite end. What is the proper orientation of this device? Which one is input and which are output ports? Should the small port be toward the number one exhaust port or away? What clock position should the small port be (12 being straight ahead)? The system was purchased from Lancair.
