Sooner or later, it probably would "bite" us all. I have thought about grass strips, and had already elected not to EVER use one, no matter how smooth, unless it was 8000 feet long. I am selling my hangar, it's going on the market Monday. No matter that it is only down the street, there is a nice field only 30 minutes away, and another about to be built less than 12 minutes away. This field is great for 180's, Super Cubs and 150's, but not for Lancairs! Ron
