A friend is installing a Dynon in his RV6. He tested
it in another RV6 with this caution.
The Dynon relies on airspeed input from the pitot for
it's calculations. So if you are IMC and your pitot
ices up you better have a backup.
His only complaint is they don't tell you this in a big
bold caution in the manual.
