Are these the Teflon sleeve inserts to place in the hinge after the hinge has worn and deteriorated to the point that the pin is sloppy? If so, consider replacing the hinges with hinges that won't wear out, that weigh less and that can be bonded to the cowling instead of riveted on. See web site below.
