3M makes a sticky back sand paper (the 80 grit is #246U). You may find this a
lot handier to use than adhesive. Auto body shop suppliers should have the
stuff though some don't. You just cut the length you need, peel the plastic off
of it and stick it on your block. It comes off the block clean too.
