Am I reading this right? If so, two 14 volt, 17 AH batteries in series, to make up the 28 volts, gives you a 28 volt, 17 AH (nominal) battery - not 34 AH. If you're putting them in parallel, THEN you have a 14 volt, 34 AH capacity (in theory, anyway). In either case, Hamid's caveats apply. Dan Schaefer
