Solved it by modifying the air exit at the bottom of each side of the cowling.
[ the legacy has huge cowl flaps... and my cyls temps are fine..
I put the butterfly back on, used a tube of RTV and bumped
the oil preshure up 10psi all didn't help.. now for
some internal baffeling to move the air around.. -Rob ]
