Congratulation. Very nice paint.
How did you pickle your engine so long time? I'm curious just because mine
is now 4 years from new and probably will wait more one or two to start. I'm
now serving it with nitrogenous (see picture) in order to keep moisture and
oxygen out and also using that stuff sold by Vern. It is also an IO-320 D1B.

Well, I fired up the IO-320-D1B that has been pickled for 13 years since
factory new and it ran GREAT!  I expected to have to fuss with it a bit
to get it running well but it fired up after about 6 blades passed and
ran smoothly from the start.  No fuel, oil or exhaust leaks.
