Blisters can't be all that hard to make? Does anyone have a mold?

We installed the twin turbo engine in our ES.  Figured out where the pipes would exit the lower cowl and removed cowl. Turned over and adhered expanded polystyrene foam insulation. Spray foam from cans would work, also.  Shaped the foam and laid up glass on the outside of foam that was covered with release tape. Removed the EPS mold and laid up inside. Added carbon fiber to make stronger.  No waiting, and cheap.
