I have noticed some curvature to the belly skin.  I think that the
curvature will be easy to straighten with the rails.  The hinge should
come out straight if the hinge is mounted to the rail while the rails
are in place.  (To compensate for any bowing of the rails due to the
curvature.)

Barry,
the manual calls for  squaring off the cutout and placement of a flox
"stop"
at the aft end of the tunnel for the doors to seat into.  Also check for
curvature of the belly skin fore to aft.  If this is present but
unaccounted
for, it will introduce curvature into the hinge rails making smooth
operation of the doors impossible.  I have pictures if you want.  Let me
