The hinge should come out straight if the hinge is mounted to the rail while the rails are in place. (To compensate for any bowing of the rails due to the curvature.) Also check for curvature of the belly skin fore to aft. If this is present but unaccounted for, it will introduce curvature into the hinge rails making smooth operation of the doors impossible.
