Barry,
the manual calls for squaring off the cutout and placement of a flox "stop"
at the aft end of the tunnel for the doors to seat into. Also check for
curvature of the belly skin fore to aft. If this is present but unaccounted
for, it will introduce curvature into the hinge rails making smooth
operation of the doors impossible. I have pictures if you want. Let me
know.
