My good friend Bruce Stratton has an "A" wing kit (#30) for sale.  It is
for the IV-P and includes  lazer cut forms and the horizontal stabilizer
parts.  He has had it in storage in his garage for all these years.  You can
probably have it for a song should you desire.  Cost new was $20k.
