Just to add to that, I think this is a great point.  MAKE SURE you check
your fuel flow for takeoff power.  Don't assume the factory set it
right, because they probably didn't.  I haven't heard of one set right
yet.  You want your fuel plenty high, with the red line fuel being the
LOW limit.  You can always lean.

I think Ron Brice had this problem with his 550 in his Legacy, just like
Carl did.  Check it before first flight.  Again, these are all things
covered in the advancedpilot.com seminars, which I highly suggest.

4.  My TIT in climb was 1515-1530 which is too hot.  Too lean of fuel at
2500 rpm and 30'5".  Fuel flow was 25.5 gph in climb.

3.  I assumed the factory timing and fuel set up was correct.  Bad
assumption.
