Put mine on order (and I've not got a Legacy yet). One theme I've seen in numerous airplanes which might be of value here is the use of color. In particular, Red & Yellow having the immident death, or imminent "bad, broken pieces" motif. Red would be for fire for instance while a failed electrical system with a backup would give a yellow light. Perhaps that's what you've got with green being simple non-system related alerts. Also, I'm assuming that all lights out means all systems "go". Thus, if a light comes on, you've got to go address something, no? One airplane I fly violates this rule 3 or 4 times and one becomes complacent to some lights being on. I'd prefer all lights out until pilot action is required. Your panel really is going to be awesome. Keep up the great progress.
