I flew the Sun 100 race this spring, and I felt that it must be shorter than
82 nm, so thank you for doing these calculations. As I flew, watching the
GPS groundspeed, I felt I had averaged about 185 kts, and assuming the turns
were a little slower, I was surprised that my result was 188.4 kts.
