 Must sell my 50% interest in L-360 kit (N77DZ), MKII, outback gear.  Under
 construction in a professional shop (provided by my partner) about 3 blocks
 from Whiteman Airport, CA.  Wings have been officially inspected, sealed,
 and attached to aircraft along with gear completion and complete
 undersurface primered.  Workmanship is supreme with upgraded systems and
 hardware.  Planned for IFR capability when complete.  $10,000 plus buyer to
 split remaining loan payments plus time and materials at 50% with existing
