I have a question regarding the wheel pants on the Lancair ES.  I would
rather ask a dumb question than make a dumb mistake.

How do you install the large cotter pin that secures the axle nut onto
the axle when the long bolt and spacer that threads from the side of the
wheel pant into the center of the axle directly interferes with the
cotter pin?  Thanks,
