TBO. I use Shell 15w50 with good results. On my L4P TSIO 550E using the same oil with 175 hrs I'm showing a high Iron 100 ppm and 2 low (50 and 55) cylinder compression. They told me this is OK and should improve. Any input??? My opinion is that there is no real magic in the different proven oils but depends more on how your engine is set up, i.e., fuel flow and balance, and how you run it,i.e., ROP, LOP, 65% or 80%. No synthenitc oil will work with Leaded fuel.
