Our new hangar partner, Karl Zimmer, is building a 360 -- but, wants to bite the bullet/wallet and switch to a Legacy for more room (he's a somewhat bigger guy).

 

Karl's workmanship is outstanding, he's a perfectionist, and he has already purchased most all of the improvement options available.  He's been waiting to seriously advertise it for sell until he got it on its wheels - which will be soon.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get into a high performing Lancair at a relatively low price.

Just as an aside, Karl's 360 was being built in astronaut Dave Brown's hangar until his loss in the Shuttle Columbia accident.
