From dquaresimin@europarl.eu.int
On the 4th of April, under the control of Don Goetz, the first flight in Europe of a Legacy has been made. No problems
has been found and it flights very well and is very well balanced. It weight 1600 lbs with 2 Alt and 2 battery and
upholstery. The panel made by Lancair is working well except for the AOA CPU which is no working well and I sent it back
to the factory 'Proprietary Software System Inc.' for repairing. I still have a problem with the Apollo GX60. After a
while it is switched on it starts to reboot and keep on rebooting. I am checking if there is any problems with wires
connections.
I have about 10 hours and 25 landings on the Legacy and I am very very happy.
It is the best plan I have ever flown.
I would like to thank the Don for his quick and very fine check up and tuning of my Legacy and his patience to teach me
to fly such a beatiful plane. I would like to thank Lancair kit factory for the very very good help thay gave me across
the 2 years building. I would like to thank all the Lancair mailing list comunity for all the informations and pictures
I had on the web that helped me a lot to understand and to make an improved Legacy
Attached are some picture of my Legacy LX-DIN on primary paint. Final paint is scheduled for September
I am glad to became a member of the Lancair Pilots comunity Best regards Dino Quaresimin
