Hello Roger, Both of your questions regard data that is NOT REQUIRED to be on the data plate for FAA purposes. There are many data plates that you can buy that have spaces for address, gross weight, phone number, number of grandchildren, favorite color, etc. You can put anything you wish for these entries or nothing at all. The REQUIRED info is 1. manufacturer (you) 2. type and 3. serial number (your choice, not necessarily the kit S/N). Any other info is purely optional.
