I've been using a 400g capacity scale accurate to 0.1g for many years and it
has served well for large and small batches.Here's a hint: cover the platen
and display/control surfaces of your brand-new scale with clear packaging
tape, making *sure* that no tape on the platen touches any other part of the
scale. Then, when you have covered the scale with hundreds of tiny dribs and
drabs of resin and who-knows-what, you can simply peel off the scabby tape
and replace it with fresh, clean clear tape -- good as new.
