Billy :  Instead of verbally discouraging potential buyers of your plane,
perhaps you should consider REQUIRING any eventual buyer to obtain
documented flight training by a CFI in another Lancair before you sell and
hand over the keys to your plane.  This act would ensure a proper skill
level in the eventual buyer of your plane, thus, minimizing your liabilities
as both builder and seller.             Greg Nelson
