For Brent S.

I didnt mean to imply that I was bonding my carbon fiber to the gear doors with micro.  I use micro to bond the clark foam and then to fill the edges of the foam to give a rounded contour rather than the 90 degree edge where the square foam meets the flat surface of the door.  I understand that square corners are a no-no in composite construction.

However, I understand that the use of micro mixed with epoxy only provides a thicker, more stable epoxy.  I havent heard that micro would weaken the epoxy bond.  Maybe some of the more composite literate among us can elaborate on that point.
